Built by operators who have run the back office.
NextGen Ops exists because most businesses do not need more software. They need people who understand the work and can make it run itself.
The story
NextGen Ops was started by three operators who have spent their careers running the parts of a business that rarely get attention: the finance, the supply chain, the facilities, the systems, and the product. Between us we bring more than 40 years of hands on experience, across different industries and organizations of different sizes.
We kept seeing the same thing everywhere we worked. Smart, dedicated people spent hours every week re keying data, chasing approvals, and rebuilding reports that should have built themselves. The industries were different, but the pattern was identical. So we started fixing it, connecting systems that did not talk to each other, putting procedures and measurements around the work, and putting AI to work in everyday business processes.
The results were simple: hours came back, errors dropped, and people could spend their time on the parts of the job that actually needed them. NextGen Ops brings that same practical approach to other businesses and organizations.
What we believe
Automation should be measured in hours and dollars, never in buzzwords. The best technology is the kind your team barely notices. People stay in charge of the decisions that matter. And a project is not finished when it launches. It is finished when the savings show up and keep showing up.
The best automation is the kind your team barely notices.
